| License for Production
of ASK Brake Shoes :
The company has signed an agreement allowing it to produce and sell
specified items
(licensed products) under licensed from ASK TECHNICA CORPORATION,
JAPAN.
At this moment only brake shoes are produced. The ASK company will
provide full
support and technical service as well. But the contract opens possibilities
for producing other products against a royalty payment.
The contract is for a period of 8 years from March 5th 1996,
and is in the name of a daughter company, owned by DMD.
